Shipping does not include import duties and other taxes levied by government agencies. Client agrees to pay all import duties and taxes associated with this purchase directly to the courier and customs agency in their country. All products will be shipped F.O.B Origin.
All sales are final. Client shall not have the right to return any Product, except in the case of a manufacturing or workmanship defect notified within 30 days of delivery.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer a flat fee ground rate. Other options are available depending on your choices.
International Shipping
International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier at check out. International shipping does NOT include duties and fees.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ABJ VISION is not responsible for import duties and taxes charges if they are applied. It is the customers responsibility to process payment for the applicable import duties and taxes per your local country requirements and carrier of choice.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at biuro@abj-vision.pl with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
I don’t see shipping options for my country?
Please send us an email to biuro@abj-vision.pl with the shipping address where you want your order and we will be happy to assist. If a local distributor serves your area, we will provide their contact information.
