All sales are final. Client shall not have the right to return any Product, except in the case of a manufacturing or workmanship defect notified within 30 days of delivery. We warrant our products to be free from workmanship defects up to 1 year from purchase date. Send any defective Product to us along with proof of purchase and a short description of the defect, and we will send a replacement for your product in the mail.
Any Product warranty excludes material yellowing, as this is a normal aging process for the materials used and does not significantly affect material properties within the warranty period. UV exposure accelerates material yellowing, so it is recommended that exposure to UV sources (such as the sun and some indoor lights) be minimized.
